Next to my family and close friends, I missed this man more than anything while living in China.

Farley is my three year old Maine Coon angel boy. Mom and I saved him from the pound almost two years ago. Today he gets into fights with skunks, hangs out with Ben’s cat Rosie and insists on sleeping on my face.

I snapped this photo playing around in manual photography. 1/40 sec at f/5.6, 135 mm, ISO 1600. I love the colors and the look of Farley’s eyes. Therefore I’m making him Friday, August 13th, 2010′s POTD. Good thing he isn’t a black cat!
